I don't know how it happened, but I somehow managed to never see this movie until last week at a friend's house--how on earth did I miss out on this as a kid?? This is exactly the type of movie that is 100% up my alley--even now! I love cheesy, feel-good, warm-your-heart stories like this. And Elliott has got to be the most endearing dragon ever, seriously.
Plus he was animated by Don Bluth--what's not to love?
